At docMitr, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment as per the terms below.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
